I don't know

I don't know who I am anymore. Do you ever get that? Just really pisses me off. Who the hell am I? Little miss grumpy pants is confused. She's been ringing people up asking them who she is! How embarrassing is that? I just want to know where I stand but the only answers I get are that they don't know either! Ahhhhhhhhhhhrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I'm not sure who I am sometimes either I could make a long list of your positive qualities though, which is part of who you are
(have you tried journalling lately, I know you put a lot into helping and supporting others, maybe some inside are wanting to talk more?)

You know I had a heap load of therapy on this a few years ago but we never actually got an answer then either. He said something about it'll come to me - like sleep does, that I can't force it, what a load of old cods wallop!

We be going through that to. We finely had to take time away from others. Do you have a page in a journal that say who the body is. we keep this in a goody journal. It is a journal that we keep only good memoirs and how the positive thought of those around us. It helped us a lot when new parts came out or something happens that sends us back through the revolving door syndrome. Pegasus You all are special we hope the door slows down for you soon. we send safe hugs from all of us.

Identity issues - hmmmm- well yes, that is part of DID ... and yes, I get it too... very big hugs!!! My alter Mick does not think she is me at all - and is very confused as to how she and I can be "one". And there are times when I will switch too much and not be able to fully stay co-conscious and end up hearing myself from a distance or watching "me" be very confused looking around the bedroom trying to figure out where the alter is or who they are. It is no fun for us either.
