As you all have notice that many of us have been watching SG1 series on HULU.com. This has help us out a lot to not feel so depressed. And the few people that we do have in the real life that are willing to accept us for who we are do make us feel better when they are with us. But when they are not near us those that hate that which are different make our life heck. These people make it so hard for us cause they be the ones that separated us from the ones that we trusted.

Even today when we be those we trust at church there where those that made comments against us. One person asked if we would sit with her so that we could speak with more then our invisible friends. WE had strength this time because we had been with friends talking about a lot of different things. So we just looked at her and said “ No, Today we are talking with those that do not mind my invisible Friends.” She just said okay but it was cool even though those that we do trust are not in our lives daily there are still a few that acknowledge us as a human being and not just a fragment of our imagination. These few people make us feel good even when those that choose to feed their dark wolf at our expense. Because when we are with those that accept us with their White Wolf it makes those time of darkness feel not so dark for us. Those here that accept us with their White Wolf have given us hope as we remember the times that others have feed their Dark wolfs with our pain. Slowly as time goes on and as my parts find more people here and the real world we no feel so alone no more. The fact that we now have a place to vent and come to terms with the mixed emotions in us. This is a peace that we have not felt in so long.
Today at church there were some that even stud up for us. The pastor even said our name in the service. For a holiday that we had to make our own good memoirs it was made better by just a few that accepted us publicly. In our deleted post we were venting on the fact that some people use religion as a means to validate their abuse towards others. But Today there was those that allowed us to be accepted. Not just by talking with us a few minutes but actually sat with us and let us all talk with out rancor. The teens says this was way cool. WE were looking at the worst case scenario but got acknowledge both in conversation and in the sermon.

After this we were talking with a friends and talking about this conversation. We were able to smile for the simple fact that we were remembering past events like this. One of them was when we tried to do boy scouts with my son. Our son choose to quite because of these situations. But the one that sticks out was the time a few of the people got their cell phones out and took turns pretending that They were talking to the President. The person in charge tried to get them to stop but in the end it was easier to leave then to subject our son to more bigotry. In looking back We wished we would have said “You forgot one major part, according to rumor I telepathically talk with the president so why the cell phones.” all of us can recite a time that others had made up stories to make us look bad but when faced with the truth were not willing to accept it. Now we are to the point of sadness and we no longer care what others say. We were like this before and during this time we heard that others where saying that we were just having a manic moment and just ignore her, she will get over it soon. But now we can come here and share our pain so that it will not over whelm us like before and not be treated worst for it. One of the quotes brought up was “Revenge is a desert best served cold.” to this we said it is even better when you can sit back and watch those that have hurt you dig their own Hole.” When we can spend time with these few people they help us to heal from the pain that the dark wolf of others make us feel. Very much like those of you do here.

This is the show if you want to watch it. We all got something from it.
Lifeboat- Was about a ship that crashed on a desolate plant and one man agreed to carry the souls of the members on board that their bodies had died. This man was made into a multiple by science not by abuse. But the fact that the show was called Life Boat shows that even singleton may understand us. Given a chance. Even those that are willing to allow themselves give us a chance.
Triad- Was about Scara a young boy that had a parasite in him. Srara had asked this plantent government help so that he could get his body back without the parasite. During this triad There were three people that had to debate on which had first rights to the body. One of the arguments was that Scara was only a ruminant of the original host. The nocts made the point that for a ruminant it spoke quite clearly. Now If our alters are just ruminants of memoirs of pass abuse then our question is then why do they speak so clearly.

Today was good because we were allowed to face our pain but still be accepted by those here and now for the first time in a long time by those in our life. And these few people that have made us finely welcomed are the people that accept our parts and have not taken advantage of our Younger Alters. But allow them to come to the surface and be who and what they really are. We laughed at one person because we told him you the best for us all even HC likes you. It was because of how he accepted us when he was not fallowing TGC guidelines. I hope he understands now just because a man has a PH.D. does not mean he knows everything. If this continues then we will be like it was with my foster family. This fact will give us much hope and reason to live in the real world. So please keep us in your prayers that others will see the light of truth and allow us to stay in town with our son.

Our alters speak clearly cos they are real. Our alters are still us. (Not some symbiot). Its different from the goa'ould - because they are separate beings. I love Stargate too. I have the set on DVD. There can be some things on any shows (not just Stargate) that we can get understanding about life from.

Ya! but at least they can give sigletons a chance to understand us. At times we feel like those that do not want us to heal are just like The Goa'ould. They treat us no better then live stock to feed their own inner needs. But The Toa'cra even with their own desires still try to give us the ablility to have real value in our lifes. The real Truth is that all shows worth seeing will speak to the heart of all human being.

Thank you all and big hugs from all of us. in some ways we are still so tired. We told one person that this is an Oasis for us. For the past 2+ years those that where helping us to heal got told by the TGC to ignor our younger alters and to reinact past abuse becouse of the person telling them to do so. But If what is happening is true and those that have come forward to accept us will stay and not turn their backs on us again. That is where the real hope comes from. To be accepted for who and what we are and not deamed to just be fragment that can be sent into hiding by those that do not want to accept us into being real. So thanks to all that accept us and not considers us as ruments of memiors of past and present abuse.

So much courage to stand up for yourself in church Anderson (whooo hoooo) and then that the others stood up for you as well as the Pastor speaking out.

Prayin' that in this real world you may have safety, peace and purpose with your son, knowing full well there maybe trouble but that wherever you may go you will be protected and sheltered.

Breakthrough's are good. It is seeming like everything is so much more possible as it unfolds and as you are able to rant and share here with us on PC.

thanks for the stargate sg1 link. I just watched lifeboat. Im glad it was able to help you. I dednt get that he was turned into a multiple personality disorder person. what I got out of the show as the team went to this planet. found the spaceship with all these people in cryrogenic stasis. their souls were uploaded onto the ships computer. when the ship crashed the computer woke up the person in charge of the ship. He downloaded as many souls as he could into his own brain. When the SG1 team came along he zapped them with some electrical scan and was going to download the other souls into the SG1 team but Tealc woke up and prevented it from happening to all but Daniel. When Tealc got the others back to earth Stargate command two of the team were unconscious and Daniel was showing "symptoms" of having a multiple personality disorder.

The doctor found out it wasn't a case of multiple personality disorder where a person separates their own personality into many different personalities.Daniels personality was completely intact hidden and protected but intact.

it was the passengers complete and conscious souls that were inside Daniel. After talking with the many souls and the ships captain they decided to remove the passengers souls from Daniel and download them into the captain, the show ends with Stargate Command decides to leave the captain in stasis, wake the others that still have live body's and relocate them to another safe planet, then wake up the captain so that the other passengers from the ship can take care of him.

it was a good show but I didn't see any correlation to being DID/MPD, maybe its because I'm at a different place than you are on this healing journey. I'm glad that it gave you a sense of peace and understanding.

Some people are just more intuative and find healing in watching something outside themself. I am grateful that my therapist sometimes suggests an appropriate dvd to watch. It makes years of therapy be more able to face. Safe, creative therapists should apply.

Therapy is only a small piece when you think two to three hours a week. What happens between therapy is quite valuable too. My sessions are usually worked out during the week in between. That time is vital! I even took one year off at one time. It was necessary!

The other thing that my therapist has recommended is taking a vacation, doing exercise or yoga or other safe activities. Reading certain books, watching certain shows etc.

I find that watching something helps me deal with the next steps.
