I am so mad right now at our host Cris. She is in yet another crisis. We just got rid of the evil introject, the one that was continuing the SA. I thought that after we got rid of the evil, Cris would be more stable, but now it seems as if things have gotten worse. They are so bad that our protector, CE, is thinking about taking her to the hospital so that she can be safe. CE doesn't know if she can keep Cris safe right now. One of our teens is absolutely terrified of inpatient hospitals because of the abuse that went on in one of them, so she is having her own freak out. All because of Cris!!! I am so mad at her right now and I just want her to think about others rather than just herself. I know it sounds really insensitive, but I am confused as to why she is worse. It doesn't make sense. I am very sorry for being like this but I needed to vent and I didn't have anyone to vent to.

We are so much like an onion. As we deal with alters and their issues. We are peeling one layer at a time. As each issue is dealt with it is taking the pressure of those other memoirs to stay hidden. We get stressed out from the never ending rollercoaster ride of recover as well. But with each layer we do get stronger and more joined together. If these stressers are at the surface then memoires are not that far behind. Keep coming here and venting it has saved us more times then some would like to admit to. Safe hugs from all of us to all of you.

Big safe hugs. If you are in danger,please allow the protector alters to take you all to a safe place. Sometimes when we are doing the hardest work we can fall down a bit. There is nothing wrong with that. Just stay safe.

you alters are within cris each for a reason/purpose and have your own "jobs" that you do for cris.introjects work the same way they are there for a reason/purpose and have a job to do. by getting rid of this introject instead of integrating it into being one with cris and yourselves you may have accidentally don't damage to how cris's system of alters and introjects work. maybe that introject who was re enacting the SA was actually doing so to give cris an outlet for things. now that the introject is "gone" cris has no outlet for those things that was the introjects reason for being/purpose and job. example what would happen to cris if you were "gotten rid of", or CE was "gotten rid of". theres a reason why you are all there including the introjects, get rid of one causes damage, harm and upset to all.

maybe you all can find a way to unbury that casket that you put the introject into, open the casket and instead of getting rid of it like this you can find a way to work with it so that it will learn it doesn't have to cause pain and harm and doesn't have to re enact the SA. Start out small with working on only one SA thing it does, learn from it what the purpose is for it to be doing that and go from there.
