I have been dissociating almost daily. This would be normal, except for the fact that I'm not switching--in fact, I haven't seen any of my alters in several days. I'm just...zoning out. Plain old boring dissociation. It's so much worse than switching, cause it's like I'm living my life on auto-pilot right now...! I dunno what to do...normal grounding skills aren't helping right now. I graduate in 2 weeks, I don't wanna be a total zombie for graduation, my graduation party, OR for the few days that my aunt will be here from California...please help!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it could be stress I know I do more when I am stressed out. But I also do a lot when something big happens wether bad or good. I wish you the best. You can get through it.

CONGRATULATIONS!

There seem to be a few graduating in these next few weeks. It can be an exciting time for everyone. Lots to cheer and a high emotional time. You have done so well and marking this transition is a neat thing. I recently attended a reunion from my school of many many years ago. it was great! Not like I thought it would be at all. Well actually the first reunion was kind of like that but the next one was better.

I so looked forward to taking the next steps in my life after school but it was kinda scary too. So much freedom and yet was feeling very trepidatious too.

Here is hoping on the actual day and days of your aunt's visit that you will have as much fun as you have been looking forward to.

safe

Your good breathing is still important even if it doesn't seem to be doing anything, it really is.
Thanks for this!
