hi,
ive been dealing with this DID thing for what's starting to feel like forever. right now, new memories, or really new aspects of memories being shared seem worse than d**th to face. weve had to accept taking antipsych. meds for the time being cuz there's just to much instability. hi, new here and weary i so much wish i had a regular lifeeeeeeeeee. or none at all. sometimes connecting with people of like kind helps us to feel more strength to go on. that's why we're here.

HI!

hi, new here and weary

it's good to have you ALL here. i understand about the memories. i've been going thru that lately and trying to keep it paced is very hard. we've been to some pretty dark places lately.

i wish you well. we're here to talk and support when you need or want.

be safe,

kd

Hi, Prism, and welcome!
I've rec'd much help here and made some wonderful friends, who feel like family to me.
I do not really know about DID, but I do know about how memories can be a plague to the soul.
I do take medication for anxiety and depression, and there is nothing wrong with that if it helps you attain balance and lead a normal life. I wake up now each day with optimism and anticipation of the new experiences the day has to offer. I hope you too will reach that point!

hi all, just wanted to thank you for replying. someone mentioned pacing and that really is a key word, isn't it. it's so good to be amongst our own kind. it helps me to feel more accepting towards ourselves. anything less is purest chaos, right? i mean fighting yourself, denying who you really are will never get you anywhere. i feel like this place is already a support, a group of people that understand first hand what it means to be DID. thanks, prism
