a mental exam, thankfully it was with my pcdoc, had it Monday but it has been bringing back crap have been switching , now Marie wants to run, having trouble grounding, these are not memories, this is tourture

Im not sure if I fully understand your post. Hoever I often find in times of stress I can switch and loose track of things. I know its hard to fight that "I want to run" feeling but it does pass and so too will thw bad feelings.
