I just want to thank you all for walking and talking with me this past month as a new flashback came forward.

It is proof to me that good relations can exist in the midst of the turmoil of life and through the difficult times in therapy. When the fakers like certain family of origin people and mean ones from the dark side are still in denial and just can't get past their meaness it is nice to know you are here.

Thank you for you who know some of what where I have been and where I am still but hold out 'hope' for my tomorrows.

she means we have parts that are mean and causing me to hurt myself. she's wanting to know if the mean ones you referred to are inside or outside of you. i'm not sure what she's hoping for or wanting to know about that.

In this case no the dark ones I am referring to aren't in me that I'm writing about.

I still have something that I do that is from dark ones though and I wind up with picking or scratching hurties on my arms and back. It is a tough one that I am working on. When does that bit end, hmmm, not sure.
