I am so sorry you are having a hard time. I'm sorry you are not able to have therapy for two weeks. That is hard.

I am sorry you are having scary thoughts about the fact that you are not having therapy for two weeks...now would be a good time to get out your comfort box and look through it, find a couple of good things to do/listen to/relax with, and do them. then, take a walk in the woods, or go to the mall and watch the people going by, or go to the library and check out a good book to read...I know what not having a T available for two weeks is because mine isn't available next week either, so I will be waiting two weeks to see my T also.

Do you journal, or have a positives book? Journaling can be very beneficial during times of crises, and gives you a way to look back and see what you did to help yourself get through the tough times...a positives book is a book that you choose to make that has positive affirmations in it about your life each day...I am going to try this one, because I need to see the positives in my life, especially when things go awry and/or I don't have a T to see for two weeks, or I can't see my pdoc or my case manager either...

I wish you well these next two weeks without your T...know that I will be thinking of you and praying for you...

Bedbugs! Yuck! We are really sorry you had to deal with that on top of everything else.
Maybe you can show your receipts for medical care to the hotel manager and ask to be reimbursed? You should also be reimbursed for your stay, since it made you ill!! If that is just too much conflict we definitely understand, but we encourage you to try. The worst they can do is say no, and you will not be out anymore money for asking.
We see that you are putting forth much effort in trying to stay strong in the face of everything else. Just keep at it, you are doing great!
Trinity We'll be thinking about you! ~ Emma

all your support means so much to us the owner refused to reimburse so we are going to contact the health dept and let them know what kind of unsanitary hotel he is running. we ended up moving into a very nice new place that even has a pool we are still getting new random bite s showing up but its not so bad anymore and we have another treatment we can use next week if we need to cores oldest son took pictures and is doing all our laundry for us today we left all our pillows and covers and will be buying new ones
