I can't do anything right

We had a bad weekend. Was cleaning the special place under the stairs. I don't like the shop vac--too loud and doesn't work good. I told H it was dirty and needed to be cleaned. He didn't know it was me. He just started telling me how to do it. I was going to do it right, but I started walking without shoes on and he told me to put shoes on. I got mad and yelled at him. Then he yelled back. I got w_i in trouble. I didn't mean to. I tried to cook dinner, but H said it wasn't really good. He didn't know it was me. But I yelled at him that if he could do better, go ahead. I got w_i into trouble again.
I can't get it right. Everything I do is a big flop. I keep trying to help. w_i wasn't feeling good, so I tried to help. I just made everything worse. Why am I even here?

you do lots of things right. i remember you helping out little deedee. and you've helped out lots of people here on PC, me included. Perhaps make sure that H knows it is you next time. would that help? cooking, like everything else, takes practice. i can't cook at all! lol. i'm sorry you're having such a rough day though. i hope this week gets better.

H doesn't want to talk to us or have a relationship with us. Only W_I. That's his wife. He gives us space and says he respects who we are, but not to talk to us. We see T tonight and he is going to ask her what she thinks he should do. W_I and he talked about it. We are feeling rejected kinda.
W_I is hurting really alot. I don't hurt as much as she does. I try to help. Sometimes not so good.
