got triggered by something someone did and said and talking to a friend and am really really spaced out..see the hands typing but they may not be mine but they can hear me thinking...listneing to music and not really comprehending..
not sure if i'm the host all spaced out. not sure how old i am although the body's 18. i'm not sure if my name's really s***h or if it's just the body's.
see not sure who i am okay?

it's really hot in here..

Hang in there. Do you know any grounding techniques? You might find it helpful just to touch some objects around you or go outside. Reassure yourself that you are ok. Use distractions if that helps you.
