***WARNING**** Possible Triggers....Were so incrediable sick of dealing with all this Pain. My Pain looks like thick tar so sticky and hot and it feels it has stuck to every part of me.
Then I have the emotional pain of being hurt again after 4 years of intense 3 times a week if not in an in-patient treatment place. The amount of pain of dealing with all these in depths layers of trapped pain even and we center ourselves realizing getting overwehlmed by all this pain will only cause more Pain... We "free associated" journaled... and we felt it was fitting to add it here. When we can't tolerate the Desperation were so tempted to concentrate on isolation, were feeling unable to ground as all of this Grief and Pain leads us easily into self-destruction! We were the ones who believed in the FICTION that We were the ones who brought on the reactions which caused much darker energies go into action. When you are yound you don't know where it comes from we hear what is said and we believed what we were told, it's real hard to relearn when remembrace is COLD.......It's hard to see beauty as the flower unfolds when the thorns are what our inside kids holds in there hands. It's easy to see something painful enacted with what is inside is too raw to embrace the Rage Must Be Redirected or Pain upon Pain is what we will trace! Pain upon Pain will not rid us of danger if we Lose control we be like the strangers who we once trusted them long before this.......... WERE ALL Still Disconnected.... How Could THEY DO THis to ME?!?! The weight is the wound is the burden we bear and something this Heavy is SO very Hard for Us, Crew to share but we can't deliver the same energy allowing this Powerful, Sorrowful Anger that put Us in danger before.... we have to uncover this potential Poison and REACH out to Others before it's too Late, before parts of my system turns out our lights and we can't get back to the light and our hearts will remain frozen so Today we Choose To Try and Rescue Our system Crew to rescue our Fate. You have to keep thinking correctly, in spite of how you feel. Living by feeling will keep it dark, imo. Please keep remembering that whatever happened was not about YOU. It was all about THEM and how miserable a people they were/are. If they knew how to care, they wouldn't have done anything to anyone, including you.

Loving you Crew and letting you know that I understand more than you know what you are traversing. I want you to know that you are loved and cared about, that you are so very important and I offer my back to carry some of your pain, just for a short while so that you can feel relief; when you are ready you can take it back if you want to or you may drop it into the nearest deep dark well and never feel it again
