have those here have days that you wake up with a since of peace yet known that when you go out of your safe place that you run the chance of loosing it because the fear comes back in tidel waves when you feel cornered? There is a quite saddnes yet not the crying and screaming about the things we can not change.

yesssss anderson,,, i stay home far too often to avoid those hard bumps in the road, or are they potholes ? it doesn't matter, what matters is that i remember all the times i went out and nothing bad happened~! and that i don't beat me up for not wanting to hurt (how crazy is that ??? ) wishing you all the peace you can hold,, as long as you want it~! Anderson, coming alongside, if only it meant a physical thing...

Yes, this is a known experience....so not saying yes to the fear but yes to how it is known to the inner system. Treading softly but not hyper-vigilently...dispelling the hold the triggers have on me, as I go along, slowly...trying to find safe and comforting distractions
