I have to go see him in about 40 minutes and I am struggling with finding out how to tell him I have been dissociating.
He doesn't know, unless he's psychic...lol Seriously, though....how do I bring it up? How do I say it? Help?

Please let us know how it went. What were you experiencing during the dissociating?

Thanks all.
It went well. I mentioned that I had been dissociating more (losing time, one of my littles was coming out) and that I thought it might be due to what is going on in therapy and he agreed that could be it. It was easier to mention than I thought it would be. I just stated that I had been dissociating more and he said, "Oh, tell me more". So, it was easy!
