this bad memory keeps playing in my head over and over like a broken record. i'm tried i want to sleep. but i can't make the memory stop playing over and over. i can't understand why cloe is doing this right now. maybe if i put her name on the appointment list she'll leave me be.

We hate it when we keep remembering the bad memories too.
Sometimes we find it helps to write them down - then it feels like we can let go of them. Sometimes we think it is because we feel we need to remember the bad things. If we write them down they are safe there and don't bother us so much. Maybe this would help. Thinking of you.

i wish i could help but i don't know much about how your system works and i know it's different for everyone. i hope you get some rest soon...problems always loom larger when we are physically exhausted. the memories keep me awake you're welcome to talk to me if you ever want/need to. the memories keep me awake

Thank you Shadow I might take you up on that offer.

We put Cloe's name on the appointment list. The list is a list of our upcoming appointments for the month of Oct. We have the dates and beside that is a line for anyone in my system to sign up for time with the T if they want. Sometimes they just sign their name or like Cloe did write a few lines about what she wants to talk about. We been doing this for a few months. Kind of keeps things moving in T. We give T the paper when we get there so he know's if there is someone who wants to talk to him about something. At the top of the list it say's we can bring anything we want to T except the kitty cats. Had a little who wanted to bring Buddy with her.

After she wrote her name in and why she wanted to talk to T, things were better.
