pacing, stalking. I am sorry. Try to focus on something right here and right now. If you have pets feel the fur. Put your hands in ice cold water. Smell a nice soap or a candle. Take a deep breath. Listen to a funny radio program or watch a cartoon. Make faces in the mirror and try not to smile. Good luck. I hope this helps.

had to talk to that woman. why is she so mean to me? she talked to me like I'm in the way and like I shouldn't even bother coming up.  I can't deal with her crap.  I took half, but thinking about taking the other half. still shakey. Monty
