How do we stop people IRL being rude? We got a bad lady who is rude to us and we not know what to do sometimes

Some people are rude people. Try to ignore the bad lady, & if you can, pretend you didn't hear the rude things.
If she is really rude, you could just walk away.

I have learned that I can't change others but I can change how I react to others. I have found one of the best ways to shock someone speachless who is being rude and so on is to do the unexpected. When people pick a fight by being rude they expect a fight back they don't expect someone to smile and say "Thank you have a nice day" and walk away finding something else to do. They look at me totally puzzled thinking "What just happened? I just yelled at her and she is telling me THANK YOU? and wished me a nice day on top of it?" They end up thinking about their own behavior while I manage to leave their behavior behind.

even then. most times they do these things to get a person to react. by not reacting you are taking all the fun they have in hurting you away from them. Also throwing things at you is considered assault. one phone call to 911 whether or not you press charges will make them think again before they throw anything at you again. calling 911 shows them you are not going to allow yourself to be abused any longer and what they are doing is against the law and they can and will be arrested if they continue that behaviour
