I was doing better today but am sinking at the moment and not knowing what to do. Managed to get tons of Christmas shopping done today, AND had my hair done. Starting to feel anxious now. Maybe I need to take some diazepam but I took one this morning and am trying not to rely on them. My GP has said I can take up to 3 a day (they are 2mg tablets) but I am really scared of getting reliant on them as well as on the sleeping tablets (which he has told me to take every night at the moment). Maybe being reliant on them is not the biggest of my problems though...
