The whole constellation is all in a mess. Our T forgot to write us in her book on Tues. We did get to see her later, but Crystal, who's new and just talking, won't come out again cause she thinks T just forgot about her and is ignoring her. It's not true ofcourse, but Crystal is real sensitive. I talked a bit today and told her I was still mad about Tues. It's ok now. But she called out Amber--she's a really MAD one. Now Amber has us all upset cause of the things she said about H. W_I can't know how angry Amber is about the life just yet cause Amber really, really doesn't like H. And Crystal won't come out cause she is afraid of H.
It's a mess.

I'm here, just much slower than usual. lonesome town lonesome town

Lonesome Town sounds like a great title for a song. Maybe with far off distant train whistles blowing in the background and some wind sounds.

It sounds tough.

I think it is great, though, that you are all able to talk to your T and she can call you out. Some of us ahve tried to talk to ruth but we are scared and maybe she is too. shula wrote her an email yesterday but now we are worrying about that.

Are you sick Sarah??
We have a part that is like an ever ready battery rabbit. She keeps going and going and going. She cleaned yesterday and this morning make 2 batches of cookies before going to see T, then went shopping and is really getting anxious for me to get off so she can get some stuff started for H's club meeting here tonight. She says it's gotta get cooking...NOW. Then she'll clean again I guess.
She tires out the body too much.

well I know how upsetting it is when T forgets to write. We have had something similar. Its harder if Crystal is sensitive, hurt feelings make everyone feel sad. It sounds to me that you guys need to try and communicate a bit more if thats possible. I know its a hard thing to do, but maybe you vicki could take the lead as you seem to know most of what is going on. Can you think about that. Maybe talking to each other a little to try and help each other with hurt and angry feelings?

Im not saying those feelings are wrong. Having feelings is very important. Its just that you all might get a bit of releif if you can try to talk to each other just a little.

I have a chronic illness, disabled with it, fibromyalgia, makes me wiped out exhausted often and in pain. I sometimes do too much also, I don't always feel relaxed and accepting about being ill.

Vicki, have you or any others found a way to slow down that ever ready battery bunny part?

W_I has fibromyalgia too!! That's why when the active part (her name is Iris, which is her real name not like W_I that isn't her real name) gets going too much the body shuts down for a few days or longer. There's not way to stop Active Iris once she gets going. It's really funny! But the body feels awful when she stops. Active Iris doesn't feel anything. No pain, no emotions...just go, go, go
