I space out a lot thinking of things totally unrelated to what's around me or what's going on at that moment it's leaves me baffled *confizzled* at the fact I would lose hours of time and hardly remember what goes on. This happens with conversations the most I wouldn't remember about a conversation I just had five minutes ago @.@ but I could recall a conversation that had went on months ago it's weird and always leaves me wondering...

We all dissociate to different degrees. And we are all prone to zoning out from time to time. Worrying about it can make it worse. talking things over with your health care provider may help.

You can still post about it.
I'm here and if I can help I'd be glad to.

Things can change if you want them to bad enough and work toward that end...just posting and talking about them can help...

Hey Dreamer,

I always space out and I think that everyone has this tendency in them but I have been in that same situation that I loose hours of my partner talking or my mother would say that it is if I am in outer space all the time when she is talking to me. I still do hear or recall what she has said somehow though. That is weird but other things I do not. I do know taking psychology myself that everyones experience with mental disorders is not the same all the time because we are different in general. Just stay positive and keep up the hope.

Sending light, love, and positive vibrations your way,
KarmicFate--Always sending love....
