Thanks to everyone who reached out to my post here, in the other forums and PM land. It has been a long time since I have felt this "needy" (and I don't like it) and I have never gotten an outpouring of support like this.

A long time ago many of my parts had names (and there are a ton of them) but then a T used their names for control/power and hurt them so they gave up their names. Well a little while back parts started picking out these Chrystal spheres made out of mostly semi precious gem stones. Each part has (or is looking for) it's own sphere. We use the spheres in a lot of different ways to communicate. I am very kinesthetic/hands on so this works well for me to be able to understand and process things. Anyway... Elesial seems to be starting a trend of the parts taking on the name of the rock their sphere is made of. I still have not figured out who is who and who goes with which sphere so you will have to bear with me. Anyway... Elestial hangs with a Labradorite, an Aquamarine and a Moonstone. Occasionally Iolite will be in that group too. I think Elestial was with the Aquamarine part when she was with T but I am not sure.
In any case the names are strange enough that you should be able to tell it's us

Elestial is a very scared, most likely autistic part that usually is just curled up in the corner rocking and crying. She used to scream a lot but doesn't seem to any more... Perhaps because other parts are helping her get her needs met. She was also the one most hurt by an old T. Honestly I would go so far as to say that the impact of T's actions were very much like, if not, SA and emotional abuse.

I have a bunch of art supplies out for her today and some logic puzzles that don't use words. I also hope to get her to post in the garden today. My guess is she will rely heavily on smilies because unless someone can translate she doesn't use words. She cries A LOT but that doesn't always mean she is sad. I think she just has a lot of old tears to get out.
