Good day in therapy yesterday, I think. I was dissociative. Bad day today. I haven't been working with the alters too long and don't know how to help them. I have trouble identifying who is feeling what. I have 7 that are identified. Some are just too scared. One gets really angry and wants to hurt us. One protects us. I don't know how to do this? How can one day be so good and the next day be so bad?

I'm sorry you had a bad day.

It can be very confusing when not everyone is working together, or cooperating.

You may find the article below helpful for starters.

This is really something you need to work on with your T though, as everyone's experiences are different. And what works for one can sometimes be harmful to another.
