We are getting hurt each time she self harms and we don't know how to stop dancing ash alter had to sit and bind both her(dancing) arms down hard behind back and sit there till she stopped and her little rosa 4 yrs old is depressed won't even get up an more or eat helpppplpll

Rosa feels like dancing her momma will die and or loose her

Just hug her and tell her it's not her fault.
