We can't get past our dissociative event last Thursday. They're still pointing fingers at me and won't communicate. Now I want to cry but crying is bad. I just needed to tell someone. I feel so alone - funny.

Crying is good - it releases the wounds and all the bad feelings that come with being hurt.
