Not a clue....of many of my alters, and if I try to talk to them they hide..and if I ignore them they intrude.

...goodness gracious.

I marvel at those who have accomplished the ability of communication and agreements within their systems.

Please reveal this mystery to a very confused little piggy.

I can only imagine how this must feel to you and those inside. Becoming co-consious with yourself is a process that may take a good amount of time and different strategies to reach each other.

By any chance would you be able to create a bulletin board of sorts inside and post things on it for the others to read? In turn, they could make posts on it back to you. I think, and this of course is just my opinion, that it comes down to trust. Learning to trust those inside and them learning to trust you will help in getting more communication between all of you. Again, this is just my opinion and maybe what I've said isn't helpful to you. I hope it is though.

I wish you well and hope you find your way through this soon.

Heck I made a physical bulletin board/white board. But I live alone, so I was able to do this. I am on the journey to coconsciousness, so I feel for you. I have no idea how many exist. Although my guess is around 15 or 16. Did you ever do a system map? This is pretty similar to how I did mine. http://therapyinphiladelphia.com/sel...g_your_system/
It took me a few days to get it all down and for it to feel right. And remember it's not about "getting it right". It took me awhile to get answers for my map in some areas and at other times it was like bullets firing off and wouldn't stop. Make sure you make this map available for all parts to see.
Thanks for this!

The bulletin board concept sounds like a good idea. As I've gotten more awareness, my brain is actually more chaotic than when the barriers were thicker between the parts. It's almost worse in some ways than when I had no awareness, though I've been told it's a step in the right direction and that things will get better. I am going to try to incorporate this somehow.

Good luck to you as you bravely continue on in your journey.
