absolutely.
I sometimes wonder this too, when im having good days. "is it ok to feel this ok?" yes it absolutely is i think! |

Yes, I think it is. But I also think it is scary when you are just starting to feel well. There's a point I have to get past, that fear point, before I can truly feel well.

Absolutely! I agree that it might feel scarey.
And I do know that even here at Psych Central some members have trouble posting when they are feeling better or having a good day, for fear it won't last and then we won't think well of them. But feeling well is a good thing! Take each minute you get!
