need sleeps...when it gets this bad..don't..but it will be okay..thank you..
 ..but can't..sure most can relate..sorry ..was going to take some meds to help..but don't like the swimmy head..thanks again for the kindness...just not very user friendly today and hate to be a grumpy gus..

It's okay to be a grumpy gus. We are all there sometimes. And sometimes it helps to vent. Maybe after you vent (maybe journal or just post here - let it out) you will be able to sleep.

thank you everyone....it is good to know that others are here during these times when most are resting and I can't due to pain..inside out stuff...it can get really lonely at 1:30 am and your n the pit...thanks again for responding..

I have been up for a couple of days now..its all running together..maybe had about 4- 6 hrs nappy time, but when I crash I wake up with terriblle nightmares..been boo-hoohing a little to much..who figured once the tears start to come u can't turn the waterworks off...feeling in the dumps for awhile..but now diping way low at times..u know the bog of enternal stinch..kinda stuff..

This thread answers my pm statement Im here Hang in there. Yup our teas sure can keep the worlds rivers, streams and oceans from evaporating into no exixtance huh. Sometimes we're niagra falls and other times the Hoover dam. but we will all get there. Hang in there my friend ((((((((((evangelista))))))))))))) calmer waters are coming. and inevetable.

Thank you again...I will always be humbled by the power of compassion that others have even when going thru their own struggles..and this site is very reflective of this..so whatever happens in my life I will be always feel honored to have found PC and to meet those who are capable to offer so much while suffering too...no matter wherever you are at in the process, compassion is and always will be an amazing healer...
