I'm so sorry Rhapsody. I know what it's like to feel you're banging your head against the wall!
If you would like to say some more about what's going on, please do. But if not that's okay too.
Thanks for sharing this.

totally understand - totally
i used to have a very good job with lots of hours - till stuff kept happening
triggers r everywhere - u need some support friends that know and still care

I used to think that I needed to hide all of this stuff - to be normal to everyone - when things kept falling apart and I realized that I had no control - I let my closest friends know - I realized that this was the only way to help me

when I feel that I am losing it - I quickly text one of them - they know that even if all I get out is 911 that I am in trouble - they understand that at times I get very frustrated and can't seem to function or understand what to do - to block everybody out is crazy !

On my good days, I try to be an encourager. I text my friends and send them uplifting words and things to laugh at. I try to help them when I can. It makes you feel better to help others - even if it is just through texting.

Plus, I journal. Let your parts write it out and get it all out on paper THEN HIDE IT or THROW IT but getting it out is HUGH. Hope this helps
