totally understand - totally
i used to have a very good job with lots of hours - till stuff kept happening triggers r everywhere - u need some support friends that know and still care I used to think that I needed to hide all of this stuff - to be normal to everyone - when things kept falling apart and I realized that I had no control - I let my closest friends know - I realized that this was the only way to help me when I feel that I am losing it - I quickly text one of them - they know that even if all I get out is 911 that I am in trouble - they understand that at times I get very frustrated and can't seem to function or understand what to do - to block everybody out is crazy ! On my good days, I try to be an encourager. I text my friends and send them uplifting words and things to laugh at. I try to help them when I can. It makes you feel better to help others - even if it is just through texting. Plus, I journal. Let your parts write it out and get it all out on paper THEN HIDE IT or THROW IT but getting it out is HUGH. Hope this helps |
