So I'm a little freaked.
I dissociate. But not much anymore. Have the baby, she loves to be called franchesca. Toughie who's not so tough, mostly scared. The nasty one. The kid who used to be 5 but I think maybe shes more like 7-9 or so. The nasty one don't know bout the kid. There's one who does nothing mostly but sometimes I'm aware of her and she just screams and pukes under a table. I been trying to help her. And I don't listen to the nasty one much anymore. I am not DID. I just have separated ego states, but its all very unclear and I get confused alot. And sometimes its so noisy in my head. I often have no idea why I am having the feelings I am having. Hell I dunno even what they are half the time. So is this a board for my kind of being? Thanks for any replies. Muffled |
