Everything is spinning inside my head right now. For the last couple of days I haven't been able to eat. And I can't calm myself down. And my team never brought my meds today. And it was really upsetting. I want to throw up whenever I do eat. I waited around until noon and then I left to go grocery shopping. I shouldn't take my meds past noon anyway.

I'm sorry I probably make no sense at all. I just can't stop it.

Hi. Sorry. Things sound rough.
I literally get vertigo. Have been 'spinning' for 3 days. You even saying the word 'spinning' made me feel like i was spinning.

I hope things get better for you. Sorry your team did not bring your meds.

Sorry about the vertigo

I get vertigo too if I go without my effexor and since they didn't bring my meds this morning, that's what happened, but I found a 75mg to hold me over until tomorrow.

I'm not sure what I meant by spinning here. I think I couldn't stop the chattering and I was already dizzy and it was making me more dizzy.
