Thank you all.
I'm struggling right now but hoping things will turn round again. But it is really hard just at the moment.

Thank you Jan

Today was a bit better. I managed not to cry at work. I tried to express my opinions and my feelings. I tried to be assertive. I tried to do what my T said about defusing the situation by visualisation. It was a really busy day and my saughter were both very tired as well by the end - and H is away - but I coped. I even did some baking for elder daughter tomorrow (a group are running a cake sale to try to raise some of the money they need to get to the US at the end of May for Destination Imagination).
I know I need to recognise the positives.
I'm trying to - even when I want to give up.
Thanks for caring.

Thank you, w_i. I really appreciate it.
I'm so tired this morning. Thank goodness it's the weekend - and a bank holiday weekend at that, so no work on Monday.

Trying is a great start and I think you are doing a great job at it. You have a lot of pressure at work and two beautiful daughters that you are nurturing, a house to run, a sore leg, etc etc etc

That's a lot when you look at it. And you've held it together! You should be proud!

Hugs, SongBird

Yeah hopefully you can use this weekend as a short holiday, especially since there is no work on Monday ...

Thanks, songbird.

I'm so tired again tonight. Fortunately all I have to do is get some food sorted out for me (tempting though it is not to eat). Yes, there's a lot going on for me. I'm trying to see the positives!

Thanks silver_queen.

I have a huge amount of work to do as well but just realised I left a whole pile of marking at home, which might not be such a bad thing! I'm sure I have enough to keep me out of trouble anyway. but I am trying toplan in some fun stuff too; I'm taking the girls to a craft superstore tomorrow which will be fun.

Thanks for replying.
