Hi guys,

If any of you have been wondering where Zorah is, I have some bad news. She's currently laid up at home, having spent some time in hospital, after breaking a bone in her heel quite badly on Friday night. She slipped on her driveway and crushed her heel when landing on it. It requires steel and pins to mend it properly but the free health service sounds as bad in Australia as it is in the UK and she's being forced to go private. I'm sure she'll appreciate ppl's good thoughts and wishes.

Please thank Fuzzy for telling me the news.

Silver

Heal fast, so sorry about your injury.
Have you had a bone density test? Is this an osteoporosis thing? Mother's really need to keep up on that darn problem cause it cripples and tortures if allowed to develope I learned from my mom's experience with her back. Zorah

Silver, I had read that compared to the US, Brits tend to love their healthcare system, have I been mislead? idk about aussie healthcare.

Sorry about the pun, I just noticed I spelled "heal" wrong. I hope that didn't upset you, it was an honest mistake. Sincerely it was.

Hey Down,
We Aussies hate our health system too. It would cost approx $30,000 AUD to go private for this.
As far as we have been able to work out, with the NHS system we will be crippled forever.

(((((everyone))))) Thanks for your good wishes.

we may be offline for some time if we can persuade anyone to do the op, we could be in hospital 3 weeks, but they probably won't do it. They don't care about you if you don't have money.
