TY for the hugs
 stressed today. gyno appointment this morning. doesn't normally get to me that much, but has today. he did the exam without the nurse in there. she was a fill in nurse and I guess he didn't feel like waiting for her. he came in and the next thing I knew he was doing the exam.  I didn't have time to say where's the nurse before he was done with everything. waited over an hour in the exam room with my gown on. that wait didn't help my mental state any.

if I didn't have to have prescription refilled I would never even walk in the door.
when I went back to work after the appointment I was sitting outside for a smoke break with an intern who works for us. she asked who I saw. She said that she's seen him before and that it was really weird because he's her best friends D. now that would be very strange. she said it was an emergency was the only reason she saw him. but weird cause everytime you visit your best friend and then see her D. just weird. it's just over and I don't have to go again until next year.

I've gotten through it and that's all that matters to me right now. Was so upset last night I couldn't keep any food down. Got to stressed out yesterday.
