Yesterday, I was having such a hard time. I'm stressed out about the holidays (although today I am doing a little better) and I was exremely depressed and in some physical pain. I was so spaced out yesterday--I almost felt like my mind wasn't even there and I totally felt like my body was running on auto pilot. I also felt like nothing was real--like a bad dream almost.

Im glad you feel a bit better today...when I get to feeling this way I do something physical like taking a walk in nature, or boating on the lake. when it happens when Im at work I drink a very strong cup of coffee not only does the caffeine gives me an energy boost but it also stimulates my taste buds. I also use grounding exercises like deep breathing.
