She is only gone the way you knew her. She is closer to you now that she has integrated. Give yourself a huge hug and think about her. You'll feel better. Take care.

I am sorry I assumed she integrated I didn't mean to upset you. Sometimes little ones spontaneously integrate or she might be hiding. But she is still with you. She is part of you. I still think if you think of her and hug yourself you will find her. It helps my little ones feel better when I can't.

I have two little ones who are quite, they don't talk to me. They want to but not yet. They were in the dark and cold until I asked them to come closer to be warm and in the light. They came closer but still do not speak to me. I do think they are happier being closer. They are always huddled together. The only thing I can do is hug me and tell them them they are safe. I can't help them in any other way. I have others who will ask to do stuff and we do. But the only thing I can do for the girls is tell them they are safe. That is what I mean by "when I can't"
