What needs to be worked on more, according to you?
1) Grounding? 2) internal communication? 3) mapping your inside system? 4) journaling or the point of journaling? 5) put in order from above if your asnswer is all of the above. Thanks, Crew ![]() |

I think grounding first and foremost. Our internal system is pretty well mapped already and our communication is pretty good. Journaling would probably help, too.

Trying to smile 20X day. Minimize self castigation daily. Make some living creature feel better than myself. |

I definitely need to work on grounding, it's like everything i've ever been taught about it suddenly flew out of my head during this last crisis.

Internal communication. and internal trust.
I need to journal more, but I don't need to a bunch of tit for tat, back and forth noise. there's plenty noise already. but getting some parts to talk is really hard. they don't want to talk to me. /sigh jax
