I have gotten to the point in my life where I feel like I have gotten all I can from therapy. I feel like I can be ok without it, but I wanted to see if anyone else has gone without therapy. I just feel like I know myself enough now that I can deal with my disorders without the help of a therapist, but is it possible?

It is absolutely possible. It is also possible to choose to return to therapy at a later date if something else comes up that you think therapy can help you with. I have not been in therapy for a while now as I felt I had enough tools to deal with my issues on my own, and I think I will probably return at some point in the future to deal with some other things that I need to address.
There are other options as well - instead of stopping altogether straight away you could stretch out the time between sessions and see how you cope.
Thanks for this!

Of course its possible! there is no reason you need to keep going to therapy if you are able to handle things. You can be your own independent person, and dont need to have a therapist.
