I have been in a fog continuously since Thursday. My fiance(who passed away 4 years ago), his best friend died on Thursday. Many death anniversaries in my life right now. I am constantly zoning out, and have conversion ractions that are scaring those around me. I used to be able to contrl them, but right now, it seems no coping skill in my arsenal works. I have dealt with these reactions pretty well lately but now am not sure what to do. I just pray I do not have one or have a seizure at the memorial service tomorrow...

Sorry to hear you are going through all this. Sorry about your friend. I hope you have a therapist to talk to. I think that may help. Hope you feel better.
