I feel real spacey right now and not really associated with myself. I also feel dirty and feel like bugs are crawling all over me, and I feel like crawling out of my skin and into a dark, moldy, stinky hole.

here where I live and work at the hospitals mental unit and the crisis center here in NY (which is in the USA) feeling spacey and feeling like bugs are crawling all over the person and like the person wants to crawl out of their skin ...well those symptoms coupled together around here points to a medication/ drugs/alcohol problems like withdrawal/over use or under usage..

not saying thats whats happening to you, just thats what those symptoms point to around here where I live and work...

my suggestion contact your treatment providers. they can evaluate what this problem is in you and they can help you get this under control with things like medication adjustment/changes/ grounding and other treatment options for what ever the reason is that this is happening to you.

amandalouise makes a good point. Your symptoms sound very much like an issue with your medication. Tell your therapist or if you don't have one tell your family doctor. I hope you fee better.

I hope you feel better, another thing to do is take a hot shower with body lotion in the shower and after the shower, may this will help? I know it is a hard thing to do when you feel bad, but it might give you a momentarily relief from how you feel now
