the horrible feeling of loneiness. trying to deal with the fact that we were so alone as a kid. no one listened to us when we tried to ask for help. our mother never comforted us after we were beaten. she would just look at us like you shouldn't of caused trouble and he wouldn't of beat you like that. we had to always care for ourselves and our brother. i can't comfort myselves anymore. just tired. lonely and angery. everyone abused us. no one cared. how do you deal with a mother's sexual abuse and then every male she brought into your life? just feeling very lonely. if only I could cry

Here's my hand [reaching out with my hand] and we can be lonely together.

One of my nice adults wants to tell you that you have every right to feel the way you do--tired, lonely, angry, abused, not cared for, wanting to cry. And that is ok. And she hears you. She suggests giving your self(selves) permission to cry, even if it is only for 10 minutes. Maybe you will, maybe you won't, but you may feel better just by saying that is is ok to cry.
