august, is bad. been in bed for 2 days. came out for a few mins. i did get up a shower. but those 5 mins felt like years. horrible august feelings. I hate Elvis!!!!!!!

always disliked Elvis and would get upset when we saw or heard him. A couple of years ago in T found out that the very first time we were SA was the day that Elvis had died. So between the heat and Elvis, just everything about august triggers. dizzy

This is such a hard month that T has set up appointments for every week this month. Normal I go every other week cause of insurance. Aug last year was so bad T didn't want a repeat.

I'm not doing well at all right now. Dissociating almost constantly right now. To the point ppl have to tell me go here, sit there, do this. Going to finish out the week at work and then be off until the middle of Sept. But I did get my cast off of my ankle today and they have me in a lace up brace for 2 weeks. The 28th I start physical therapy on my ankle. Just trying to do minute by minute right now. I still have to do my homework for T tonight. Will be hard. Lisa

I'm glad to hear that your cast is off--at least there is one good thing happening. But the rest of it sounds like it is pretty rough. Please keep checking in here and let me and everyone else help you through this tough time.
