I have someone who pops out every now and than frantic about our diagnosis. I may only see her two or three times a year and I am not sure if she is the host/original. I am not sure who is the host/original. The rest of us continue to work with our t.

That's a fair statement. I think that is good that you have some contact with your host.

Hi Starry night
I don't have dissociative disorder but severe depersonalization, and derealisation, but my sort of host (me - who I was) has disintergrated, I had been trying to find myself, and I was in denial that I had gone for good as me, so to speak. But things are better, as the former me messed up things anyway or I wouldn't be here.

Don't know who our host is, but a few of us are in denial. It's really rather sad, things would go so much more smoothly in terms of getting help for our issues if we could all reach a place of acceptance. But, it's a process.

It's a difficult thing to come to terms with. You know.
