Brief spells lately, especially when I wake up in the morning, some parts of my head just feel over the other side of the room. Actually felt I was not real today, that caused panic. Keep having to remind myself that my ex is living with the same guy for past three years. Like I know they do, but my head won't except it and it refuses to accept why. I know she can live with whoever she wants, she's an adult but sometimes you wonder why? I was a nice person, yet she dumped me, he's a bully but she decides to continue to live with him, and my brain does not know why this is, I guess this is common in life though, people end up in relationships but you don't see what keeps them together, it confuses me. Oh well, this is just rambling I guess.

Maybe all of your parts don't know the situation. I been finding out in my therapy session that not everyone knows everything that happens in our life. I have a lot of co consciousness so I just thought if I knew everyone would know. Now if I think some of us don't know something about our situation I say it out loud and ask if everyone understands. Sometimes I have to explain more.
