Has anyone ever felt like they stepped out of their body and were watching themselves? I have had this happen several times. It is scary. My worst fear is that I will become stuck in that world and not come back to the one I am from. Any ideas to help this from happening?
Scared.

You will come back, try not to worry about that.

my suggestion is contact your treatment providers. they will be able to tell you what to do to keep yourself from leaving your body and getting stuck outside your body. my suggesting any thing else could possibly go against what ever treatment plans your providers have you on which could make you worse.

that said I can tell you what I do when I feel ungrounded, not connected to my body....I get physical, I take a walk or row my canoe around the lake.
