Thanks for the hugs. I'm quite a little down at the moment. Therapy today(Fri.). My therapist concerned about me opening the door to the supressed memories, worried about me using drugs/going to jail.
Think I may have had flashback but don't know if it was or not. Seeing anothar part of me emerge and indicate things to my therapist, Therapist says if I open that door therapy will take years and there it will be a rough ride, depression up and downs etc. |
