My Psychologist has found that I talk about the past as if I am actually still living there. She says that this really worries her. She thinks that I might be dissociative. Not really understanding what she means by this. Any ideas?

I have been pondering over the words that my PDoc said, and realize that I didn't explain it right.

Physically I live in the here and now, but when I talk it is as if my past was actively living now. Does this make better sense?

Why would she be worried about this, is it really a bad thing?
