So I have only a handful of parts left. Problem is one tends to be very out of touch. She was the most SA part.
I have a wonderful male T. He has been so kind and has so much experience with DID. Well last week after it of stress, she sexted him. He has been good about it but I'm terrified to go see him now. How can I face him? Tuesday is next appt. Ugh. Advice welcome. Thanks |

so first I waned to say how brave you are way to go. I bet your T deals with things like this a lot. Not that it makes your embarrassment better, I just think That Ts that deal with DID have to get used to kooky parts. it might actually show that she is more willing to trust him

Face it head on. You said he is wonderful and understanding along with much experience with DID. Have that part discuss why she did this... maybe he can help you that way.
Don't stop going, you have come too far ![]()
