So today was a better day. I practiced Mindfulness before heading to work today. Only safe mindfulness.. no trauma work, I save that for when I am with my T... just plain mindfulness... enjoying listening and watching the moment... I am up to 10 minutes.. so proud of myself, and so enjoy it when I can accomplish it, I feel so much better all day long!

I was very busy at work and I didn't have time to think much. My team worked straight through lunch and I took them out to dinner to thank them. What a great team I have! Always willing to work hard and pitch in and do what is needed to get the job done!
With all the craziness in my life, I do love my job and the people who work for me. I am grateful for the place I live, a wonderful son and a beautiful place in the country to live

So for the moment I am ok, does it mean that Flashbacks and all the other craziness isn't there anymore, no, it is still there, but for the moment I am ok and I am going to enjoy the moment

Thought it might be nice to post something positive for a change!
Have a wonderful evening everyone
