I just read this and it made me think.
Using the Internal Landscape to Increase Internal Communication | Discussing Dissociation

We have a bit of an inside world but its mostly dark now.a dark forest. Lots of boxes for inside people to hide. We used have a farm, a playground, horses, a big stream. But several years ago with a huge trauma, some tornadoes went through and destroyed everything. We havent been able to make it come back yet.

My t told me I could create a safe space for everyone to meet, like a big safe room with toys, tables, chairs, windows, sun light, what ever we wanted. Some of us liked the idea and some of us didn't want to participate. We had a house but it wasn't always safe. I think if you work with your system you can again have a safe place where everyone can respect each other even if they don't agree on stuff. I do think it helps parts to communicate when they feel safe with each other.
