not well and i dont think this is something that can be fixed with talking to someone could anyone please tell me wher you go when it gets real bad i dont want to say what happened i dont know if it sounds crazy but im afraid to say it that it isnt safe i want to know do you go to e.r. and what do you say and will they keep me there forever i want help but i have kids and im afraid i wont see them again i need sommeone whose been throug this to tell me please what happens

don't hesitate to PM me, OK? yes, please call 911 if you or another is in danger of physical harm. they'll assess you from there. please seek help for yourself and children if unsafe issues are in question. KD

Do you have a T you can call and tell you don't feel safe? If not, do go to the ER, tell the nurse and the receptionist that you don't feel safe. They have a set of things that they do for you...and they have always been nice to me
 It's a good thing to do this self care. It can be very difficult to make such a good decision when you really aren't thinking well. Do what you know to be right... and often it works out quite ok! Sometimes I had to just go sit in the ER "guarded" by a social worker who talked with me and distracted me until the unsafe feelings were gone... when the trigger was worked through... etc. Go.  If you are still having trouble, then use all of us here as an excuse, tell them you posted you weren't feeling safe and WE told you to go.

 definately seek help especially if there is some risk to your safety and the safety of others either T or er or even a support hotline you could even PM a mod or admin or someone else at PC you feel you could trust in this you can tell them as much or as little as you want as long as it helps you keep strong |

((((((((((((((((((lostmymarbles)))))))))))))))))))))) I can understand how scary it is. But you need to be safe. Do you have a t? Even a hotline can help. Sometimes it does help to talk to someone who understands. Please take care.
