OH my! I didn't know it would cause a (nice) uprising OK OK you win, I have it in my favorites. lol

I found that by taking my own advice, to eliminate and not see all the forums... would help me focus on the few that I regularly post in... and I don't post here much, but jump in to support you and let you know I was still reading... I really felt you didn't need me anymore, that this forum is strong and healthy without me (For those of you who are newer, I was one of the voices that urged DocJohn to create this forum for you, and took it on myself to be a watchdog for it. You don't need that anymore, imo.

I still think you don't need me here, but it's good to be wanted.

it helps us to see folks engaging in healthy behaviours as we often learn more from example than from words. we find it useful to be able to see folks taking care of themselves, as they're able, in the ways that best suit their particular needs.

we're glad you're utilizing the tools available to make the site more user friendly for you and your needs....we're sure others might not have been aware of some of the features available on this site you mention in your first post in this thread.

in life we like learning more from "do as I say AND as I do" instead of "do as I say NOT as I do"
